Construction Management
DECCAN HEIGHTS Infra Pvt. Ltd. will construct professionally designed independent house/bungalows/ villas/apartments under careful supervision with a quality of construction, standard material and good elevation as per required specification on existing land / by demolishing old structure, construction over existing structure or extensions.
The agreement of construction can be made and can be registered – if required.
a) Construction on Contract Basis:
The construction contract will be with material and labour and will be carried out as per the selected specification, agreed on terms and drawing
provided by the owner, or the contract can be taken including building planning and elevation + departmental permissions (municipal, water & electricity).
b) Construction on Labor Contract:
Deccan Heights will supervise the entire work as per the plan, selected specification and agreed terms, by engaging labours and technicians. The party has to provide the departmental permissions and total required material at the site.
